Returns

Counting from the date that La Dani Store ships items to you, we offer a 15-day return policy for all jewelry. Note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may wish to use a shipping service with tracking number and/or purchase shipping insurance. Once we have received your return 

(a) in its original (undamaged, unworn) condition, 

(b) in its original packaging, and 

(c) with proof of purchase (that is, the invoice & packaging slip), 

we will refund the price minus a $15 handling fee. 

Refunds

When approved, refunds will be posted back to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification when this happens. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed. If you have not received your refund within a week’s time, please first check with your credit card or banking company as the actual posting of returns is subject to their policies.
